How often should I use the products?

 - As often as you would like! 

- Our products contain no harsh chemicals or preservative and are 100% natural and derived from WHOLE plants, meaning you will get the full medicinal benefits of the herbs. 


What if I have allergies?

- Our products contain 100% all natural herbs, oils and butters from natural sources. We do not use any chemicals, preservatives, fragrances, additives or dyes. 

- If you have any allergies please consult your healthcare provider prior to using any products. Also, if you are prone to allergies, please read the ingredients carefully. We recommend that people with sensitive skin perform a patch test first to ensure there is no reaction. 

- Since reactions depend from person to person, we cannot guarantee that our products are allergen free. If sensitivity occurs, please discontinue use right away & consult your physician.

What is the shipping timeline?

-  Our handling department processes orders in 3-5 business days. Timeline depends on your location. In the US, we use first class/ priority mail that ships in 3-5 business days, and 7-20 business days if International.


Can I request custom orders?

- Absolutely ! Please reach out to us if you are looking for a custom product or request a large custom order quantity for events / workshops.


How do I find exact directions for usage?

When should I not be using these products?

- Again, this varies from person to person but if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, or have any pre-existing conditions /known allergies/skin issues etc please consult with your healthcare provider prior to using the products. 


What is the expiry date of your products?

- Since our products contain no artificial preservatives or chemicals, we generally recommend not using the product for more than a year after purchase. Of course, the way you store it helps with the shelf life (Storing it in a cool, dark place helps extend the shelf life). 


What do I do if I never received my order?

- Please contact us immediately if your order has not been delivered. We will work with our carrier company to resolve the issue & compensate you accordingly.


What do I do if I received a defective order?

- Please contact us right away & submit a brief message with any other supporting documents such as photos of the damaged goods & we will resolve the matter promptly.


How do I make changes to an order I’ve already placed?

- Please keep in mind that our handling department works on fulfilling and processing your order right away, so if you have placed a wrong order & need to modify it, please let us know as soon as possible. However, in the event that our handling team had already shipped out your order, we will work with you to get you the right items. 


What is the return policy?

- Due to the nature of our products, unfortunately, we cannot take back items that have been opened and used. However, we will make sure that you are rightfully compensated ( refund / exchange / store credit).
