-  The shipping timeline depends on your location. For domestic orders (USA) please allow 5-14 business days for delivery. For international orders please allow 7-21 business days for delivery depending on the carrier/speed you choose.

- Our fulfillment team works hard to get your orders out as fast as possible. Please allow 5-7 business days for fulfillment.

- Due to the nature of our products, unfortunately, we cannot take back items that have been opened and used. However, we will make sure that you are rightfully compensated ( refund / exchange / store credit).

- If you have placed a wrong order & need to modify it, please let us know as soon as possible. However, in the event that our handling team had already shipped out your order, we will work with you to get you the right items. 

- Please contact us right away & submit a brief message with any other supporting documents such as photos of the damaged goods & we will resolve the matter promptly.
